Reema is the Clinical Lead Physiotherapist and owner of Reema Physio & Wellness, with over 15 years of experience delivering expert care in musculoskeletal and post-surgical rehabilitation. She has a strong clinical focus on spinal, knee, and hip rehabilitation, complex injuries, hypermobility, and post-surgical recovery, combining evidence-based physiotherapy with a holistic, patient-centred approach.
Reema has a keen interest in Apos®, gait analysis, and hands-on physiotherapy techniques and Reiki to mobilise and manipulate the body, helping patients restore normal, pain-free function. Her passion for movement is informed by her background as a Bollywood dancer and actor, giving her unique insight into the biomechanics of the body and the importance of functional mobility.

Anj is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical practice across both NHS and private healthcare settings in London. Her expertise spans spinal rehabilitation, hand therapy, complex trauma, and post-surgical recovery, shoulder rehabilitation – with a particular interest in helping patients restore mobility, strength, and confidence following significant injury or illness.
Her clinical background includes working in intensive care units, hydrotherapy, cardiac and transplant wards, and neurological rehabilitation, as well as supporting elite athletes and individuals affected by conflict-related trauma. Anj brings a rare blend of clinical precision and personal empathy to her work, informed in part by her own experience navigating oncology treatment – deepening her understanding of the physical and psychological challenges patients face.
Anj is trained in Clinical Pilates and medical acupuncture and integrates these skills with movement-based rehabilitation and advanced biomechanical analysis to support long-term recovery. She is also a certified AposHealth clinician, using innovative, non-surgical techniques to help patients reduce pain and improve functional movement in the lower limbs and spine.
In addition to her clinical roles, Anj has successfully led physiotherapy services for over a decade and has been involved in pioneering work such as introducing therapeutic ultrasound for mastitis treatment and developing long-term rehabilitation models following abdominal surgery. Her approach is holistic, evidence-based, and rooted in a belief that prevention and patient empowerment are key to sustainable recovery.
