Get to know our Reema Physio & Wellness clinicians

Reema has over 15 years of experience as a physiotherapist. She is a clinical lead physiotherapist, AposTherapist, Bollywood dancer, performer and actor! Her week is made up of treating patients, performing on stage and teaching people how to move well.

She graduated from The University of Birmingham in 2006 with a degree in Physiotherapy. She eagerly completed her NHS rotations and moved into sports physiotherapy working with football teams. Reema later gained further experience working in social services for more longer term rehabilitation. She finally found what she was looking for with AposHealth® and physiotherapy.

Reema uses a variety of treatment modalities and specialist skills to assess, diagnose and treat her patients. These include hands on treatment, muscle tension release, education and AposHealth®. 

She has a keen interest in gait analysis and the management of chronic conditions such as hip, knee osteoarthritis and low back pain. She uses AposHealth®, a NICE recommended knee pain treatment as an evidence based solution to knee, hip and back pain relief where other conservative measures such as physiotherapy, podiatry or injection therapy may not have the same long term benefit. Reema's experience in AposHealth® has given her the opportunity to travel to Israel, Dubai and New York to work her magic!
